TAURUSDISPO® precast protein gels are high quality polyacrylamide gels designed to deliver superior performance, reliability, reproducibility, and consistency of quality. Two gel support media (GLASS Gel and Precast Gels Plus)
➢Automated gel casting technology can ensure stability and repeatability.
➢ Glass plate can effectively reduce the non-specific adsorption of protein and make the protein band sharper and clearer.
➢ Electrophoresis can be completed in 40-50 min if under 150 V voltage.
➢ Gel cassettes can be easily opened with the Gel Knife, simply push the Gel Knife gently through each side of the gel cassette.
➢ No SDS in GLASS Gel, compatible with denaturing and native electrophoresis.
➢ Compatible with major mini electrophoresis tanks available in the global market.
➢ GLASS Gels (HEPES-Tris) are available in different acrylamide concentrations, including gradient gels. We have 6%, 8%,10%,12%,15% and 4-15%,4-20% of separating gels.
Customized services for special concentrations are also available.
Note: For samples treated with fluorescent loading buffer Quick Bands(Catalog #:TI-QB-008), protein bands can be observed directly under UV light or LED light without stripping the gel and without the need for staining and destaining.
