TAURUSDISPO® dNTPs ( Deoxynucleotide Solution Mix) is an equimolar solution of ultrapure dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP.
The solution contains 10mM each of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each vial contains 10µmol in a volume of 1ml.
Supplied in Ultrapure water as a sodium salt at pH 7.5 (can be diluted using sterile distilled water, preferably Milli-Q® water, or sterile TE (10mM Tris-HCL, 1mM EDTA pH7.5)
